Innovative Ideas In Education was created by Lenora Falciani in 1990 for the purpose of presenting educational workshops to parents in their homes, to home-school groups, to private schools and preschool staffs. The company is located in North Carolina and has expanded to include private consulting and tutoring services.
Lenora, Owner, is a Virginia Certified Teacher with a B.A in Early Childhood Education from Metropolitan University in Denver, Colorado and a M.A. in Reading and Language Arts from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan and Reading Specialist Credentials. Lenora has 14 years of classroom teaching experience, and 33 years operating Innovative Ideas In Education with 18 of those years tutoring students K-8.
